Employee Spotlight Videos
I wanted to create a video series that highlighted our employees from around the world. I thought it’d be cool to have them stand in front of old brick buildings where the walls would act as The Interviewer and we’d project fun reactions to their comments. We aimed for real responses so we never told them what was coming around the corner. The key to authenticity imo is witnessing the person processing their answers. Currently, we have over 50 video portraits of our people at Alorica.
